Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Nova 2. By accessing or using nova2.lol you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use the service.

Use of the Service

Nova 2 provides access to multimodal AI models that process text, images, video, documents and speech. You agree to use the service in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations, and not to misuse, overload or attempt to bypass the technical limits of the service.

User Accounts and Registration

You sign in to Nova 2 with Google; there is no separate Nova 2 password. You are responsible for the Google account you use and for all activity that takes place under your Nova 2 account. You must be old enough to hold a Google account and to enter into these terms.

Content and Intellectual Property Rights

You keep ownership of the content you submit to Nova 2, and you are responsible for having the rights needed to submit it. You are responsible for reviewing model output before relying on it. The Nova 2 name, interface, documentation and underlying technology remain the property of nova2.lol.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following while using Nova 2:

• Using the service for unlawful, harmful or deceptive purposes.
• Uploading content you do not have the right to share, or content that infringes the rights of others.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, scrape, resell or redistribute the service without authorization.
• Interfering with the security, availability or integrity of the service.

Privacy and Data Collection

Our Privacy Policy describes what data Nova 2 collects, how it is used and how it is protected. By using the service you agree to that policy.

Pricing and Payments

Nova 2 is sold as credit packs and subscription plans. Prices, credit amounts and billing periods are shown on the pricing page. Payments are processed by Stripe. Credits are consumed by model usage and are non-transferable; unused credits follow the terms shown at the time of purchase.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Nova 2 if these terms are violated. You may stop using the service at any time and request deletion of your account by contacting support.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Nova 2 is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Model output can be inaccurate or incomplete, and it must not be treated as professional, legal, medical or financial advice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, nova2.lol is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill arising from your use of the service.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless nova2.lol from claims and expenses arising from your use of the service or your violation of these terms.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of nova2.lol, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes will first be addressed by contacting us at the address below.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes are published on this page with an updated effective date, and continued use of the service means you accept the revised terms.
